Privacy Policy

We collect only what the Service needs to work:

• Photos you submit. The outfit images you upload or capture are processed to generate your rating. You can use the Service anonymously, in which case photos are processed and not tied to a named account.
• Style preferences. Optional onboarding answers — styling lens, body type, preferred K-style vibe, K-pop bias, and budget band — used to tailor your results.
• A device identifier. An anonymous, app-generated ID that lets us keep your free-rate count, streak, and subscription status consistent on your device.
• Subscription status. Whether you have an active KMirror Pro subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple (in-app) or our payment processor (on the web); we receive subscription state, not your card number.
• Usage and diagnostic data. Counts such as ratings made and streaks, plus basic technical logs (timestamps, error events) used to operate and debug the Service.
• IP address. Used transiently to rate-limit abuse of our API. We do not use it to build an advertising profile.

• To generate and return your fit rating, critiques, idol match, and upgrade suggestion.
• To maintain your free-rate count, streak, saved fits, and Pro entitlement.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
• To process subscriptions and restore purchases.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train third-party advertising models.

To produce a rating, the image you submit is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for analysis. If you use KMirror with an account, your rated photos and their analysis are also stored in our database (Supabase) so your closet and history persist across devices. If you rate anonymously, the image is processed to return your result and is not attached to a named profile.

We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, under their own terms:

• OpenAI — analyzes your submitted photo to generate the rating.
• Supabase — authentication, database, and photo storage (account mode).
• RevenueCat and Apple — subscription management and in-app purchases.
• Upstash — API rate limiting.
• Vercel — website and API hosting.

KMirror also links out to partner retailers (e.g., YesStyle, Stylevana, W Concept, Amazon) for upgrade suggestions. When you follow one of those links you leave KMirror and the retailer’s own privacy practices apply; we may earn an affiliate commission.

Account data (your profile, rated fits, saved fits, and usage) is retained while your account is active. You can delete your data at any time from the app (Account → Delete my data) or by emailing us at the address below; we will delete your stored photos and account records. Anonymous usage state lives on your device and is removed when you delete the app or clear its data.

KMirror is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email admin@bananas-llc.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice.
